Nominations

Nominations for Officers:  Officers shall be nominated (in writing)

  1. by an Affiliated Association in good standing and operating the previous year, or
  2. by a member of the OBA Board of Management, or
  3. by a member of the Rep Council, or
  4. by a member of the Select Council.
    Rep Directors may only be nominated by i), ii), and iii). Select Directors may only be nominated by iv).

    The nominations must be at the OBA Office not later than October 25th prior to the date of the Annual Meeting. In order for a name to remain on the ballot, a nominee must so request at the Annual Meeting in person, or must have indicated to the OBA Office in writing, prior to the election.
