Rules Meeting
Based on the changes approved at the AGM in November 2019, there will be a Rep Division Rules Meeting on Sunday, January 19th, 2020 to approve all proposed Rep rule changes.
The time of the meeting is set for 1:00pm, and it will be held in Cambridge. The specific location will be confirmed soon.
All Proposed Rep Rule Changes
At the Rep Rules Approval Meeting, the following shall be entitled to vote:
- each member of Rep Council shall have one vote;
- the Supervisor of Umpires, the Supervisor of Coach & Player Development and the Chair of Safe Sport/Risk Management shall each have one vote; and
- each Affiliated Association in good standing as of the previous Rep Annual General Meeting shall have one vote.
e. Changes must be approved as follows:
- by 2/3 of the votes cast on the motion; and
- a majority of Affiliated Associations voting on the matter.
