2025 Rep Procedures & Playing Rules

Please note that as a result of the Board of Directors meetings held April 15, and May 27, 2007 the following clarifications are being provided to the membership:

1. Glasses/Sunglasses are not prohibited, and therefore may be worn by any player, including the pitcher.

2. Baseball Ontario recognizes NOCSAE as their standard for Baseball Helmets. NOCSAE states that possible problems, including voiding the helmet's warranty, can be created from the painting and/or placing of stickers on helmets, the drilling of holes to accommodate attachments or any other after-market modification. Therefore, Baseball Ontario recommends that no modifications to a helmet be made, other than what is done by the manufacturer or is completed at the explicit directions of the manufacturer.
