Step 1: Create Your Baseball Canada Profile
Before you begin, register with Baseball Canada (nccp.baseball.ca) to get your NCCP number. If you already have one from another sport, use the same number.
You’ll unlock the first two required modules for all coaches:
1. Coach Initiation in Sport
2. Coach Initiation in Baseball (Fundamentals)
Step 2: Check Your Requirements
Find out what certification level you need for your role and division
Step 3: Register for Clinics
Coaching Clinics - Create an account at registeroba.ca — This is where Coaching Clinics are hosted.
PCCP - Create an account at ondeck.baseballontario.com - Once registered you can access it through "Available Courses" on the app or website.
Video, Tasks and Evaluations - Log into nccp.baseball.ca
Make Ethical Decisions - Log into thelocker.coach.ca. — For new coaches this will be available 24 hours after creating a profile with Baseball Canada.
Step 4: Check your Certification Status
Once your roster has been submitted to OBA, you can see your certification progress at registeroba.ca.

If your name is on the:
CERTIFIED LIST: You are certified in the age division and role listed
NON-CERTIFIED LIST: You are missing modules to be certified
MISSING OR INCORRECT NCCP: Your NCCP number listed on the roster is incorrect or missing
