Who: 11U House League Teams Only from Local Associations 

When: July 17-19, 2026

Where: The Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame, St. Marys Hall

Cost: $600 for Local Associations with Select Membership OR $650 for Local Associations without Select Membership 

*Payment must accompany registration in order to be fully registered. Space is limited at all age groups.

Please ensure your file includes:

• Team Name
• Player First Name
• Player Last Name
• Email Address
• Phone
• Birthdate (MUST BE IN YYYY-MM-DD FORMAT)
• Gender
• Address
• Jersey Number can be added as well

For Coaches ensure your file includes at minimum:

• Team Name
• Coach First Name
• Coach Last Name
• Role
• Email Address

You can use your own file (if it includes the above) or you can use the Coach and Player Upload Form

The file needs to contain all the player and coach data in one tab.

ELIGIBILITY

• These tournaments are only open to House League teams. 
• Rep or Elite players are not eligible
• Select players on a House League team are eligible if they have played up to a maximum of either: Four Select games or one weekend in a Select tournament with six games
• All rostered players and coaches must have insurance; this applies to all team entries. 
• A maximum of 6 call-across players (from a comparable team from the same association) will be eligible.
