High Performance

Please note that the form is detailed and may take some time to complete. However, your response is required in order for the OBA to properly review your program plans. Once submitted, the OBA will review the information provided and may schedule a follow-up meeting to discuss your plans for High-Performance baseball.

The form will remain open until Friday, May 29 at 4:00 PM EST after which time, the form will automatically close.  If your Association wishes to withdraw from the High-Performance Program, please advise us directly.  Any Association that does not complete the form by the May 29 deadline will be considered to have voluntarily withdrawn from HPP consideration for the 2027 season.

Please note that the responses in this survey may be published on the OBA website, in whole or in part.
