BEC Welcomes Red Sox Field Coordinator, Robbie Britt

The Ontario Baseball Association (OBA) is proud to announce our next guest speaker for the 2026 Best Ever Coaches Clinic, Boston Red Sox Field Coordinator, Robbie Britt!

Robbie Britt is a coach, speaker, and consultant who focuses on high-performance and leadership development. He currently serves as the Field Coordinator for the Boston Red Sox, where he operates at the intersection of elite performance, organizational alignment, and culture building. In this role, he oversees all Minor League managers and affiliate coaches, provides organization-wide leadership in defense, gameplay, and baserunning, and serves as a key liaison between Major League and Minor League staffs, ensuring consistency of standards, communication, and execution across the entire playerdevelopment pipeline.

Prior to joining the Red Sox, Britt was the Head Baseball Coach at Eastern Michigan University (2023–2025), where he led a comprehensive program turnaround. During his tenure, he oversaw a $2.5 million stadium renovation, returned the program to postseason play for the first time since 2018, and established a culture rooted in preparation, accountability, and trust. When hired in 2023, Britt was the youngest head coach in Division I baseball.

Before Eastern Michigan, Britt served as Head Baseball Coach at the University of Charleston, leading the program to three conference championships, three NCAA Tournament appearances, and the most wins in school history (43–12 in 2023).

Britt is also the author of the popular leadership fable, The PACT: Become a Teammate Worthy of a Great Team, which distills his philosophy on purpose, attitude, connection, and toughness. Across every role, his work centers on high-performance leadership; helping teams and organizations build sustainable systems that drive alignment, resilience, and consistent execution at scale.
