BEC Welcomes Strength and Conditioning Coach, Nunzio Signore

The Ontario Baseball Association (OBA) is proud to announce our next guest speaker for the 2026 Best Ever Coaches Clinic, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Nunzio Signore.
Nunzio is a certified strength and conditioning coach, the owner and operator of RPP Baseball Training and Development in Paramus, New Jersey, an MLB consultant, and Director of the Pitching Lab. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at STAC University, teaching “Theories and applications of Strength and Conditioning” as well as a writer and lecturer.
He has written two books, “Pitcher's Arm Care” and Velocity-Based Training- “How to apply science, technology and data to help maximize performance”. He has also written articles for such publications as “Inside Pitch Magazine” and Simplifaster.
For the past 14 years, he has been one of the most in-demand strength and conditioning coaches in the country, working with MLB teams as well as players from the Twins, Angels, Yankees, Diamondbacks, Padres, and Mariners organizations, to name a few.
He speaks annually at clinics including Pitch-a-palooza, Bridge the Gap, Wake Forest, NY Coaches Convention, Be the Best and Inside Baseball, as well as lecturing to students and staff at Universities such as Springfield College, Cortland University and Penn State.
