The Ontario Baseball Association (OBA) is excited to announce Charles Bolden as the first featured speaker for the 2027 OBA Best Ever Coaches Clinic, taking place January 15–17, 2027.

One of the game's rising leaders in player development, Bolden brings an impressive resume spanning collegiate baseball, professional baseball and USA Baseball. He currently serves as an Assistant Coach with Team Red at USA Baseball's prestigious 16U/17U National Team Development Program (NTDP), where he helps identify and develop many of the top young players in the United States.

Most recently, Bolden was the Recruiting Coordinator and Baserunning Coordinator at Georgetown University, following a successful stint in the Baltimore Orioles organization as a Minor League Fundamentals Coach. "Charles has quickly established himself as one of the brightest coaching minds in baseball," said the Ontario Baseball Association. "His experience at the NCAA, professional and national team levels will provide tremendous value to coaches across Ontario."

Bolden's coaching career also includes serving as Head Coach at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, along with collegiate coaching roles at Illinois Tech and Chicago State University.
