Fifteen Ontario Players Named to Baseball Canada Junior National Team Roster

OTTAWA- Baseball Canada is pleased to announce the names of 31 athletes invited to the Junior National Team’s (U18) Fall Instructional League Camp set to take place in the Dominican Republic from October 13 - 21. Almost half of this year's roster is Ontario-based players.

The 9-day camp will tour eleven different professional complexes in the southeast side of the island, as the Juniors are set to take on the Angels, Cubs, Giants, Dodgers, Astros, Padres, Red Sox, Reds, Blue Jays, Pirates and Cardinals.

Canada's junior team is poised for an exciting transformation as 22 talented young players are set to make their debut this fall in the Dominican Republic as the program sets its sights on the 2024 WBSC Americas U18 Baseball World Cup Qualifier.

Joining coach Greg Hamilton on the staff are former major league players Pete Orr and Chris Reitsma while Dustin Molleken will attend as guest coach.
