Help Us Improve Baseball Culture in Ontario – Your Voice Matters

At the Ontario Baseball Association (OBA), we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone involved in our game. For the second year, the Committee for Improving Culture in a Safe Sport Environment is conducting a Culture & Sportsmanship Survey – and we want to hear from you. 

Whether you’re a player, coach, umpire, parent, executive, or volunteer, your experiences and insights matter. This survey is a critical step in helping us better understand the current landscape, identify areas for improvement, and shape the future of baseball in Ontario in a way that supports positive experiences for all. 

We take this issue seriously. Respect, sportsmanship, and safety are foundational to everything we do – and your input will help guide real change.
