Please use this form to upload your association's rep and select player data.

If you wish Baseball Ontario to update your local's 2024 rosters instead of updating through the platform, you can send us your roster data.  The file should contain all the players in one list if you have multiple rosters to submit. Please do not send one team at a time; the file should contain all players for the association.

Please ensure your file includes:

  • Team Name (MUST BE EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS IN THE PLATFORM)
  • Player First Name
  • Player Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone
  • Birthdate (MUST BE IN YYYY-MM-DD FORMAT)
  • Gender
  • Address
  • Jersey Number can be added as well

You can use your own file (if it includes the above) or you can use the player upload form

The file needs to contain all the player data in one tab.

You can also upload coaches using the coach upload form.

Again, the file needs to contain all the data in one tab.
