2025 Select Provincial Tournament Entry Application

Teams desiring to participate as a Direct Entry, in the 2025 Select Division Provincial Tournaments must apply to do so by June 30th.

Provincial Tournaments will be hosted for both House League Select and Dedicated Select Divisions at 9U, 11U, 13U, 15U and 18U.

Teams who are part of an established Select Loop qualify through established loop play-down procedures.

The 2025 entry fee is payable to the host once your entry has been approved.
